🙌 A Comexi, celebrem el Dia Mundial de la Seguretat i Salut en el Treball amb un mes d’abril ple d’activitats, per promoure bons hàbits i garantir el benestar dels nostres col·laboradors: 🎾 Torneig de pàdel: la nostra proposta més exitosa! Enguany vam tenir més de 40 participants amb moltes ganes de passar-ho bé i fer equip amb companys i companyes. Enhorabona a Xavi Banyeres, Omar Garcia, Cristian Garcia i Jordi Solà, guanyadors i finalistes de la competició! 🧘♀️ Classe de ioga restauratiu: aquest any vam decidir innovar i provar aquesta tècnica. La sessió, oberta a tothom qui volgués, va estar impartida per Miriam Sala i es va enfocar a trobar la pau interior i aprendre a gestionar l’estrès. 📸 Campanya fotogràfica “A taller, posa’t els equips de protecció”: Coincidint amb Sant Jordi, vam realitzar una campanya de prevenció de riscos laborals a través d’una emotiva i tendra exposició fotogràfica. Aquesta, posava en relleu la importància d’utilitzar els equips de protecció personal, involucrant fills i filles dels nostres col·laboradors. 🤸♂️Sessions de fisioteràpia a taller: Vam introduir sessions pràctiques per ensenyar al nostre personal sobre la importància de la mobilitat corporal i la prevenció de trastorns musculoesquelètics. L’acollida va ser molt bona i animem a tothom a posar en pràctica el que hi vam aprendre! Estem orgullosos de promoure un entorn laboral saludable i segur a través d’activitats enriquidores per a tot l’equip.
